Mask rb_degrade2, aqui.

 

 

 

Abra uma imagem de 1024 x 350.  Selections/ Select all.

 

Ative a imagem que escolheu, duplique  e Edit/Copy.  Edit/Paste into selection na imagem selecionada.

 

Aplique o plugin VM Distortion / Broken Mirror, nas configurações abaixo.

 

Com a Magic Wand selecione a parte branca. Selections/Invert.

 

Aplique o plugin VM Natural/ Speed, marcando todos os valores em 128.

 

Effects/3D effects/Drop Shadow  cinza escuro:

 

 

Layers/Duplicate.

 

Aplique o plugin VM Distortion/ Circulator, nas configurações:

 

Layers/Merge visible.

 New Raster Layer. 

Selections/Select all.  Edit/Paste into selection. 

Aqui fica a seu critério diminuir levemente a opacidade desta nova layer. 

Layers/Arrange/Send to botton. 

Layers/Merge all.

 

Ative a imagem original e com a ferramenta Freehand Selection , contorne a figura-tema da paisagem.

 

Selections/ Modify/ Contract =1.

 

Selections/ Modify / Feather selection = entre 25 e 30.

 

Edit/ Copy.  Edit/ Paste as new layer, no local que mais agradar.

 

Finalize como mais gostar; na formatação usamos a mask rb_degrade2.
